Acne otherwise called as pimples are more commonly seen in the youngsters and teenagers. Pimples are caused due to the blockage of minute pores in the skin by dust or dirt. They are mostly seen on the face, but they can also develop in other places of the body. The presence of pimples can lead to irritation and displeasing appeal. Pimples can be cured by, taking facial treatment. Our diet has a major impact on the pimples so it is necessary to avoid eating junk food, oily food, chocolates, etc. It is advisable to drink plenty of water because intake of water will cause the dirt to come out of the pores. Moles on the skin can develop in an individual during birth or any period of lifetime. Moles are nothing but collection of pigmentation cells called melanocytes under the skin. Melanocytes produce a pigment called melanin, which is responsible for giving color and also protects the skin from harmful ultraviolet rays of the sun. Moles can be of various colors like black, brown, red, blue and even skin colored moles can be seen in some cases From ancient days it is believed that the position of these dark spots on the skin reveals the character, charm and fortune of a person. Moles can be classified into many types depending on their color, shape and size. If the moles are present during the birth of a person then this type is called as congenital melanoma nevi. There is a kind of mole called dysplastic nevi whose size will be larger, having brown or reddish colored center. These moles can be hereditary and have the capacity of causing skin cancer called melanoma. When the presence of these moles causes itching, bleeding or any other form of irritation to the skin it is advisable to test for skin cancer by biopsy. Exposure to sunlight for a longer period can cause changes in the nature of moles ultimately leading to skin cancer. If the test reveals the presence of skin cancer then these dangerous moles should be immediately removed by surgery. Surgery is usually very painful and hence the patient is given anesthesia. After surgery it is advisable to avoid exposure to sunlight.

Dandruff is a commonly occurring condition especially seen in women. Although the presence of dandruff does not cause severe health ailments, its presence gives an unpleasant appeal to the surrounding people. Dandruff appears on the scalp of the head as white or yellowish patches. The scalp of the head dries and peels off once in a month, sometimes this could increase and become visible as dandruff. Dandruff is actually caused due to the growth of fungus on the scalp. The dandruff causing yeast is normally found in the body and face having high fat deposition. Dandruff can also be caused due to hereditary. There are also various other factors responsible for causing dandruff. Some of them include oily head since the oil gets dry and forms patches, cold weather conditions causing dryness of scalp, dust, use of hair sprays, improperly applied shampoo and rinsing. Stress and anxiety can also cause dandruff to some extent. Dandruff causes itching, which can even lead to infection. In extreme cases the presence of dandruff can lead to eczema. Quite a lot of remedies are available to control dandruff. Vinegar is believed to be effective to eradicate dandruff, when it is mixed with water and applied to the scalp before shampooing. It is advisable to do hair wash more frequently with proper massage of the scalp and rinsing it properly. Since dandruff has no permanent cure, it can be controlled by, following the remedial measures.
